The building plan includes eight houses that are organized in three building volumes connected to each other by independent stairwells.

During the current project, construction and insulation materials of excellent quality have been selected and used. The goal is with the completion of the project to have eight houses of high aesthetics that will be characterized by luxury and ergonomics. The surrounding areas will be shaped in a way that will maintain the naturalness of the landscape and will ensure the tranquility and privacy required by a modern vacation home. The buildings will be characterized morphologically by symmetry and modern architectural approach, acting functionally and contributing to the comfortable living of the tenants.

The upper level features a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom as well as a spacious living room equipped on front side with excellent quality large windows. This ensures natural lighting of the space, nice view from the living room, but also direct access to the private courtyard.

The lower level is arranged in two large rooms and a spacious bathroom of 8 sq.m., which are lit and naturally ventilated through a large window with dimensions of 3×1.2 meters facing the private courtyard. The level was constructed by carefully selected high quality materials and is enforced by quadruple insulation.

From the semi-outdoor area of the private courtyard, one enjoys, due to the altitude difference of the plot, a view that starts from the lush forest area at the left of the complex to the light blue landscape of the Toroneos gulf that expands in front of it.
